Had a very fun and relaxing weekend! On the Saturday it was Kat's 'Vampires & Virgins' party! Us girls spent 3 hours getting ready for the big night.... singing and dancing to Chicago while trying to paint our nails. We didn't get home till past 4AM! We then got up next morning at 10 to go to Purton, to see boats that are lodged in the bank to stop erosion. Very cool! We felt like the 'famous five'! The boats were truly amazing and it was great that we could clime (edit: climb....what would I do without Fab??) onto them and see down through the deck to see marshes that have settled in the boat. It was definitely a relaxing Sunday well spent!

uhmmmmm yeah.....yesterday was St Patrick's day....need I say more?

Had a lovely weekend off as the girls came to visit. Now it's back to work...again. Just found out that straight after Easter, I have 2 hand-ins....not including the design studio work. I think I lost my Easter break for good after 3rd year...how depressing!

Is the house becoming a commodity product? Do brand and marketing significantly influence the young urbanite into purchasing a house / flat from "Abito / Ikea / muji"? Does treating the house as a product make financial sense?

yup, that's the question I will be asking myself till Christmas, and hopefully, while I am talking to myself I can produce 8 - 10 000 words on the subject for my MArch dissertation.....scary!

Part of my dream came flying through the post yesterday.... I got my residents permit! This means I can stay in this country indefinitely, and has no work restrictions! Watch out people...You can't get rid of me that easily now!!
