Is the house becoming a commodity product? Do brand and marketing significantly influence the young urbanite into purchasing a house / flat from "Abito / Ikea / muji"? Does treating the house as a product make financial sense?

yup, that's the question I will be asking myself till Christmas, and hopefully, while I am talking to myself I can produce 8 - 10 000 words on the subject for my MArch dissertation.....scary!
