Went to see the animation film Shark Tale last night. The movie basically confirms that Pixar is still the best at making good animations. Dreamworks did a very good job with Shrek, but this movie leaves much to be desired. I left the cinema having laughed a few times, but not at all satisfied. What is even more ridiculous is that before we even started watching the movie, we were shown the trailer for the next Dreamworks animation... It just cheapens the whole thing and makes me think that they are just churning them out without much thought. That's one of the reasons why I like the Pixar movies so much, because you have to wait for them, and the extras they have on the DVDs show how much efforts they put in, to produce the animations. They look like they are really enjoying it and are really passionate about it all. Hell...it makes ME want to work there too!!!! All I can say is I can't wait for The Incredibles!!
