After much back and forth I finally got my student Visa for England! I paid NT$2400 (about 40 GBP) for the visa, and if I was I was to apply for the same thing in Britain I would have had to pay at least 150GBP for the same thing! Now, I have to try and get visa for Greece....did I mention that I have possibly one of the worst passports? Now with air travel being so easy and cheap, you would have thought they would come up with ways of letting most people travel conveniently. For example, if you don't hold any sort of criminal records you can travel to any country for maximum of 30days or something. It's not a perfect plan, but you get my drift!
oh, and if you ever want to get a nice bikini...don't come to Taiwan!!!

yeh, i hafta get the entry clearance thing-a-ma-bob next year.. for 36pounds.. but hafta get it in HK cuz renewing it over here is costly.. just like you said.. not looking forward to that.. PLUS my passport expires in jul2005.. DOH! need to sort that out.. cuz i wanna go to JAPAN!! rawr!!
no good bikinis in taiwan? aww.. i'm sure ur looking too much in the LOCAL area.. u gotta try roxy etc. :)
